1. About Us
Chris Crafts is a women-run small-scale entrepreneurship registered under Section 58(1) of the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, based in Lawspet, Puducherry, South India. We handcraft and sell eco-friendly canvas tote bags, jhola bags, and kitchen aprons.
2. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious material, attempting unauthorised access to our systems, or using automated tools to scrape or extract data without our permission.
3. Products & Pricing
- All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and differences in screen displays.
- We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product errors, even after an order has been placed, and will contact you before proceeding in such cases.
4. Orders & Payment
- By placing an order, you confirm that the billing and shipping information you provide is accurate and complete.
- We currently accept prepaid payments only, processed securely through Instamojo. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
- An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If this happens after payment, we will issue a full refund.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India through our logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and on our FAQ page, but actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. 7. Intellectual Property
