Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your Chris Crafts bag or apron. If something isn’t right with your order, here’s how our returns, exchange, and refund process works.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • In its original packaging, with tags (if any) still attached.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase.
  • Custom, personalised, or bulk/wholesale orders, unless found to be damaged or defective.
  • Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage caused after delivery.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

4. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at chrisecocrafts@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and share return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Instamojo within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please allow a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your bank or card statement, depending on your bank.

6. Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange (for example, a different size or design) instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return once it’s delivered, following the process above.
